すべての商品のご注文方法は、買い物かごをご利用頂くシステムです。
各商品詳細ページより、お買い物かごに入れて頂けます。
フォームメールにて税込価格を入力し、色・サイズなどの選択肢がある場合は、プルダウンメニューよりお選びください。

※	このフォームページはセキュリティを使用しております。初めてこのページに入った時、「セキュリティの警告」という画面が出ますので、「はい」をクリックしてフォームページに入って下さい。「いいえ」をクリックしますとフォームページに入れませんのでご注意下さい。（尚、２回目より「セキュリティの警告」ページは表示されませんが、セキュリティは有効になっておりますので、ご安心くださいませ。）

商品のお直しについて -Alterations-

過去の商品のお直しにつきましてはお受け致します（有料）。

メール又はお電話にてお問い合わせ下さい。
送料返送料はお客様のご負担となりますので予めご了承下さいませ。

※	過剰なお直しやご要望等の内容から、当社が対応出来かねる場合が御座います。商品のお直しの可否につきましては、ご購入前にお問合わせ下さい。

【お直しについての注意点】
品番が6から始まる商品(63-001、71－008等)からお直しが一箇所のみ無料となります。
※二箇所目からは有料。
※身頃はバストで一箇所、ウエストで一箇所となります。
※幅出しの場合、お直し可能な商品はワンピースのバスト・ウエスト（共に2.5～3cm迄）となります。
（商品によっては、縫い跡が残る場合もございますので、予めご了承下さい。）
メール又はお電話にてお直し希望箇所と希望サイズ(○cm詰める又は広げる等)をお知らせ下さい。

We offer alterations for the items with the product numbers that start with 6 (for example; #63-001) at your request at the time of order placement.
Please note your alteration requests on your order form, and you will get one alteration for free.
We also accept alteration requests for previously purchased items.

過去の商品（現在サイトに載っていないもの）については、
商品名・価格のお問い合わせにはお答え出来かねる場合が御座います。
画像を添付メールなどでお送りすることは一切出来かねますので
ご理解の程宜しくお願い致します。

Please note:
Tere is a charge for alterations to previously purchased items.
There are charges for two or more alterations. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of alterations.
There might be cases in which we cannot meet your request because of the type of alteration.

　　　　　1. Write "alteration wanted" on your order form when you place your order.
　　　　　You can also request alterations even after you have placed your order.
　　　　　Please use our inquiry form.

　　　　　2. The merchandise will first be delivered to you. Please try it on
　　　　　and let us know of a description of the alterations required,
　　　　　 your measurements and the size you want by email.

　　　　　3. We will carefully analyze your measurements and calculate the alterations
　　　　　that will fit you the most beautifully,and then send the description to you by email. 　　　　　

　　　　　4. Once you agree with our suggestions, please send the item back to us.
　　　　　 We will then let you know the delivery date.

　　　　　5. Alterations are done at our studio.
　　　　　You can expect an average period of 7 business days for most alterations.

　　　　　6. Your altered item will ship out COD.

　　　　　正確なお仕上げサイズをお知らせいただく必要がございます。
　　　　　ご試着の際、ご家族・ご友人等にサイズを測って頂くことをお奨めします。

　　　　　Q:2箇所目のお直し代金はいくらぐらいかかりますか？
　　　　　How much do you charge?

　　　　　A:お直し箇所によって代金は異なります。
　　　　　約2000円～4000円ぐらいまでの間となります（税別）

　　　　　It depends on which part is altered.
　　　　　It normally comes to between \2,000 and \4,000 before tax.
　　　　　Also when you request alterations at the time of ordering,
　　　　　you get one alteration free.

　　　　　Q:ワンピースのお直しの幅出し最大は２．５～３cmとありますが
　　　　　それ以上は何故出来ないのですか？

　　　　　A:デザインにもよりますが、身頃両脇の縫い代が合わせて３cm弱程しかないからです。
　　　　　お直しの方法として縫いを解いて縫い代分を少なくとって仕上げております。

　　　　　Q:規定のサイズより大きくお直ししたい場合はどうすればいいの？
　　　　　A:規定のサイズより大きくお直しを希望される場合は購入前にご相談下さい。
　　　　　商品によってはデメリットが出ますがお直しをする事が可能な場合もありますし、
　　　　　承れない場合もございます。
　　　　　また、大幅にお直しを希望される場合は、一箇所無料対象にならない場合がございます。
　　　　　その際は別途お直し代金（場合によれば生地代）をご請求させて頂きます

。　　　　　Q:なぜお直しサイズに制限があるのですか？
　　　　　Why is there a limitation to the size you can alter?

　　　　　A:過度のサイズ変更はお洋服のバランスが崩れてしまい
　　　　　デザインの良さを損ねてしまう恐れがあるからです。

　　　　　Changes that are too drastic can change the balance
　　　　　of the whole design and damage its beauty.

　　　　　Q:お直しをして頂いたら思っていたシルエットと異なりました。
　　　　　再度無料でお直しをして頂けるのでしょうか？

　　　　　A:大変申し訳御座いませんがお受け出来兼ねます。
　　　　　お客様からお知らせ頂いた正確なサイズで仕上げておりますので
　　　　　ご自身で採寸したサイズに自信のない場合は事前にご相談下さいませ。

商品は宅配便にて、玄関先まで責任をもってお届け致します。

・お直しのみご依頼の場合の送料は、お客様のご負担となりますので予めご了承下さい。

・代金引換利用時、代引き手数料の315円のみご負担頂くことになります。

※宅配業者が定めている一定の期間を過ぎても受取が無い場合、
返送代金および再発送の送料(計￥1,400)はお客様ご負担となりますので、

・ジュリエット　エ　ジュスティーヌでは
　分け隔て無くお客様にご購入頂けるよう考えておりますので
　発売前の商品のご予約はご遠慮下さいますようお願い致します。

・お取り置きをご希望のお客様は、ご注文時にその旨をお書き添え下さい。
　弊社よりメール返信後、内金として商品代金の10％をご入金ください。

　　※その際に発生する振込手数料と残金振込時の手数料は
　　　お客様のご負担となりますので、予めご了承下さいませ。

　　　内金をご入金頂いた日より、7日以内までがお取り置き期間となります。
　　　7日以内に残金のご入金を確認出来ない場合は、自動的にキャンセルとなります。
　　　また、内金ご入金後のキャンセルにつきましては、ご返金出来ませんので
　　　予めご了承下さいませ。

　We treasure all our customers equally at Juliette et Justine so we do not allow reservations on any pre-released items.
　We do allow reservations on the regular items you see in our online catalog, for up to 7 days.
　However,we require a down payment of 10% of the total price of the reserved item
　and the remaining balance is due within 7 days.
　Please write in the comments field of your order form the #s of the items you wish to reserve.
　After we check our stock we will let you know of the down payment total which should be paid by bank transfer.
　(Note that there will be a transfer charge.)
　In the case where we cannot confirm the payment of the remaining amount in 7 days,
　the reservation will be cancelled. Unfortunately,we cannot offer a refund for the cancellation at this point.

返品・交換について -Returns and Exchanges-

・返品または交換をご希望の場合は商品到着後7日以内に承ります。

・商品の管理には万全を期していますが、万一不良品等が生じた場合や、
　配達間違い等があった場合は、早急に代替品を発送いたしますので
　お手数ですが、詳しい状況をメールにてお知らせの上、
　商品到着時とパッケージ・タグ等を同様にして
　送料を着払い(弊社が負担致します。)で弊社までご返送下さい。

　　　※ご連絡のない場合の返品はお受け出来ない場合が御座います。

・商品到着後お客様のご都合による（サイズが合わない・イメージの違い等）
　返品または交換につきましては、
　送料はお客様のご負担となりますので予めご了承願います。

　必ずメールにて弊社へご連絡後、販売タグ・付属品・同封物を同封の上
　7日以内にご返送下さいませ。
　　※代引きでご購入の場合、代引き手数料はお客様のご負担となります。

　Every item is satisfaction guaranteed but if the item received is damaged or the wrong item,
　please let us know of the condition by email and then send the item back to us COD,
　in its original package with tags attached. We will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
　Please note that we may not accept the return unless you inform us of the condition prior to rerurning the item.
　Note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns that are due to customer error,
　such as ordering the wrong size by mistake. Please note that if you order COD, there will be a COD charge.

●返金方法について●

・クレジットでのお支払いの場合は
　金額を修正後に請求させて頂きます。
　※万が一請求済みの場合は、金額修正ができませんので、
　梱包手数料（及び送料）をお振込み頂いてからの処理となります。ご了承下さい。

・銀行への事前入金でのお支払いの場合は
　お客さまご指定の郵便口座・銀行口座にお振込みさせて頂きます。

・お客様の都合によるご返金の場合は
　梱包手数料(￥1,000-)、振込手数料、送料(￥630)等を差し引かせて頂いた
　商品代金、(消費税含む）をご返金させて頂きます。
　※一部商品のご返品の場合でも梱包手数料が発生致しますので、
　予めご了承下さいます様よろしくお願い致します。

・商品が弊社に到着しましたら、お客様の口座にご返金の手続きを致します。
　その際に発生する振込み手数料は、お客様のご負担となります。
　予めご了承下さいませ。

　　　※e-コレクト／デビットカードでお支払いされたお客様の返品につきましては、
　　　お客様都合による返品の場合、カード手数料を差し引いた金額をご返金致します

　　　Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit refund to appear on your statement.

　　　For returns for any reasons that are due to customererror, we will refund the amount
　　　after deducting the costs of packaging (￥1,000), shipping, and any bank transfer charges.
　　　For payments made by e-collect or debit card, 4% of the order for e-collect
　　　and 2% fordebit card will also be deducted as handling charges.

Ｑ１. メールの返信が来ません

　Ａ. 営業日１７時以降のメール返信は基本的に翌営業日となります。
　　　予めご了承ください。
　　　※営業日：土日・祝除く月～金曜日/午前１０時～午後５時まで

Ｑ２. 注文確認メール、発送メールがきません。

　Ａ. 通常では、ご注文完了後に『自動配信メール』が配信され
　　　営業時間内のご注文であればその日の内、
　　　時間外であれば翌営業日に『ご注文確認メール』、
　　　また商品発送完了後に『発送メール』を送信させて頂いております。

　　　メールが届かない場合は、下記の理由が考えられます。

　　　１．お客様のメールアドレス登録の誤り
　　　２．ご登録頂いたメールアドレスがフリーメールアドレスの場合
　　　３．迷惑メール対策として受信拒否設定をされている場合
　　　４．何らかの理由でご注文が最後まで完了していない場合

　　　※また、弊社からのメールが自動的に『ゴミ箱』や
　　　　『迷惑メールフォルダ』へ振り分けられる場合もございます。
　　　　ご注文後にメールが確認出来ない場合は、『ゴミ箱』や
　　　　『迷惑メールフォルダ』を今一度ご確認お願い致します。

　　　上記のような理由によってご注文確認メール、発送メール等の
　　　当店からのメールが届かない場合が最近多く見られます。

　　　ご利用のメール設定を今一度ご確認くださいませ。
　　　また、出来る限り固定のアドレスにてご登録頂き、

A：　　お支払いを当方で確認後、通常3日(土日祝を除く3営業日)以内のお届けとなります。

　　の時間帯指定のご注文に限り、日付指定が可能です。
