Note that if you click "No", you will not be able to enter.
Once you enter, this security warning should not appear on subsequent times, but the page will remain encrypted.

In the case where you are not able to use either the shopping cart or the order form, please order by mail or fax.
We will check your order and send a mail you back within 2 business days.

商品のお直しについて

過去の商品のお直しにつきましてはお受け致します（有料）。

メールにて希望お直し箇所とサイズをご連絡ください。
送料返送料はお客様のご負担となりますので予めご了承下さいませ。

※	過剰なお直しやご要望等の内容から、当社が対応出来かねる場合が御座います。商品のお直しの可否につきましては、ご購入前にお問合わせ下さい。

【お直しについての注意点】
品番が6から始まる商品(63-001、71－008等)からお直しが一箇所のみ無料となります。
※二箇所目からは有料。
※身頃はバストで一箇所、ウエストで一箇所となります。
※幅出しの場合、お直し可能な商品はワンピースのバスト・ウエスト（共に1～2.5cm迄）となります。
（商品によっては、縫い跡が残る場合もございますので、予めご了承下さい。）
メールにてお直し希望箇所と希望サイズ(○cm詰める又は広げる等)をお知らせ下さい。

過去の商品（現在サイトに載っていないもの）については、
商品名・価格のお問い合わせにはお答え出来かねる場合が御座います。
画像を添付メールなどでお送りすることは一切出来かねますので
ご理解の程宜しくお願い致します。

Alterations

We offer alterations for the items with the product numbers that start with 6 (for example; #63-001) at your request at the time of order placement.
Please note your alteration requests on your order form, and you will get one alteration for free.
We also accept alteration requests for previously purchased items.

Please note:
Tere is a charge for alterations to previously purchased items.
There are charges for two or more alterations. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of alterations.
There might be cases in which we cannot meet your request because of the type of alteration.

　　　　　1. Write "alteration wanted" on your order form when you place your order.
　　　　　You can also request alterations even after you have placed your order.
　　　　　Please use our inquiry form.

　　　　　2. The merchandise will first be delivered to you. Please try it on
　　　　　and let us know of a description of the alterations required,
　　　　　 your measurements and the size you want by email.

　　　　　3. We will carefully analyze your measurements and calculate the alterations
　　　　　that will fit you the most beautifully,and then send the description to you by email. 　　　　　

　　　　　4. Once you agree with our suggestions, please send the item back to us.
　　　　　 We will then let you know the delivery date.

　　　　　5. Alterations are done at our studio.
　　　　　You can expect an average period of 7 business days for most alterations.

■Order COD

This is the easiest way to pay. Pay in cash when you receive your order.
The handling charge is ￥315 (including tax) per shipping address, and is free for an order of ￥20,000 or more.

You will be notified via email the total amount of the payment.
We are sorry but this service is only available inside Japan.

※宅配業者が定めている一定の期間を過ぎても受取が無い場合、
返送代金および再発送の送料(計￥1,400)はお客様ご負担となりますので、

　弊社よりメール返信後、内金として商品代金の10％をご入金ください。

　　※その際に発生する振込手数料と残金振込時の手数料は
　　　お客様のご負担となりますので、予めご了承下さいませ。

　　　内金をご入金頂いた日より、7日以内までがお取り置き期間となります。
　　　7日以内に残金のご入金を確認出来ない場合は、自動的にキャンセルとなります。

free for an order of ￥20,000 or more

Reservations

We treasure all our customers equally at Juliette et Justine so we do not allow reservations on any pre-released items.
　We do allow reservations on the regular items you see in our online catalog, for up to 7 days.
　However,we require a down payment of 10% of the total price of the reserved item
　and the remaining balance is due within 7 days.
　Please write in the comments field of your order form the #s of the items you wish to reserve.
　After we check our stock we will let you know of the down payment total which should be paid by bank transfer.
　(Note that there will be a transfer charge.)
　In the case where we cannot confirm the payment of the remaining amount in 7 days,
　the reservation will be cancelled. Unfortunately,we cannot offer a refund for the cancellation at this point.

お届けから7日間以上経過した商品につきましては、返金・返品は、ご相談致しかねますので、ご了承ください。

●返品・交換方法●

お客様のお名前、商品名、返品･交換理由をお書き添えの上、

※ご連絡のない場合の返送はお受け出来致しかねます、ご了承ください。

弊社スタッフが折り返しご連絡差し上げますので、商品・販売タグ・付属品を同封し、
商品発送の際に同封しております「返品・交換手続き用紙」にご記入の上ご返送ください。

●お客様ご都合による返品・交換●

・商品お受け取り後、サイズが合わなかったから返品したい。
・素材・色・形がイメージと違ったため返品したい。
※お客様ご都合での返品・交換をご希望の際は、
ご返送いただきます際の送料･手数料をお客様にてご負担いただきます。
※商品の返送は7日以内にお願い致します。
※尚返送の前に必ずご連絡よろしくお願い致します。

・届いた商品が不良品だった。
・弊社の不手際により、オーダーと違う商品が届いた。

・予めページ内にて返品不可を明記してある商品。
・商品タグ・付属品・同封物を紛失した場合
・お客様の責任で、商品が破損・汚れ・匂いが付着してしまっている場合
・一度ご使用になられた場合、またはその形跡がある場合
・返送前のご連絡が無い場合
・商品到着より8日以上経過した場合
※不良商品であっても、8日以上の場合はお受け致しかねます、ご了承ください。

●返金方法について●

・クレジットでのお支払いの場合は、クレジットカード請求金額を、
送料(\630-)と梱包･事務手数料(\315-)に変更処理させて頂きます。
・銀行への事前入金および代金引換でのお支払いの場合は、
お客さまご指定の郵便口座・銀行口座にお振込みさせて頂きます。
・商品が弊社に到着しましたら、お客様の口座にご返金の手続きを致します。
　その際に発生する振込み手数料は、お客様のご負担となります。予めご了承下さいませ。
※いずれの場合も、弊社都合での返品･交換による、
送料･梱包･事務手数料は弊社が負担させて頂きます。

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.

E-mail us first with your name, shipping address, item number and the reason for return.

After we contact you, send the item with the price tag, other accessories if any, and the "Return and exchange form" filled out.

●Return or exchange for your reason●

・You would like to return because the size does not fit.
・You would like to return because the material, color or the shape is different from your expectation.

For the cases above you will be charged for the shipping to return /and re-shipping for exchange.
Ship the item back within 7days.
Let us know when you ship back the item.

●Return or exchange for our reason●

・You would like to return because the item is defective.
・You would like to return because we sent you a wrong item.

We will pay for the shipping and the handling charge.
Ship the item back within 7days.

●Items unacceptable as returns or exchange●

・items that are stipulated as "un-returnable"
・if the price tag, accessories or enclosed documents such as an invoice and catalog are missing when the customer is responsible for the damage, stain or smell
・used item
・returned items without notification in advance
・returned after 7days of delivery
・For defectives of sale items and items in a Happy Bag, it is exchangeable
if we have the same item in stock.

●Refund●

・for credit card 　We will charge only the shipping and handling charge (315yenJPY).
・for PayPal We will refund the balance (total －shipping, insurance and handling charge) through PayPal.

For both the cases above, we will refund for the shipping, insurance and handling charge for returns for our reason.

Ｑ１. メールの返信が来ません

　Ａ1. 営業日１７時以降のメール返信は基本的に翌営業日となります。
　　　予めご了承ください。
　　　※営業日：土日・祝除く月～金曜日/午前１０時～午後５時まで

Ｑ２. 注文確認メール、発送メールがきません。

　Ａ2. 通常では、ご注文完了後に『自動配信メール』が配信され
　　　営業時間内のご注文であればその日の内、
　　　時間外であれば翌営業日に『ご注文確認メール』、
　　　また商品発送完了後に『発送メール』を送信させて頂いております。

　　　メールが届かない場合は、下記の理由が考えられます。

　　　１．お客様のメールアドレス登録の誤り
　　　２．ご登録頂いたメールアドレスがフリーメールアドレスの場合
　　　３．迷惑メール対策として受信拒否設定をされている場合
　　　４．何らかの理由でご注文が最後まで完了していない場合

　　　※また、弊社からのメールが自動的に『ゴミ箱』や
　　　　『迷惑メールフォルダ』へ振り分けられる場合もございます。
　　　　ご注文後にメールが確認出来ない場合は、『ゴミ箱』や
　　　　『迷惑メールフォルダ』を今一度ご確認お願い致します。

　　　上記のような理由によってご注文確認メール、発送メール等の
　　　当店からのメールが届かない場合が最近多く見られます。

　　　ご利用のメール設定を今一度ご確認くださいませ。
　　　また、出来る限り固定のアドレスにてご登録頂き、

Q1　商品は何日ぐらいで届くのですか？

A1 お支払いを当方で確認後、通常3日(土日祝を除く3営業日)以内のお届けとなります。

Q2　注文した商品を「日付指定配送」にしたいのですが？

A2　配送は佐川急便を利用します。
午前（9～12時頃）午後（13～16時頃）
夕方（17～19時頃）夜間（19～21時頃）
の時間帯指定のご注文に限り、日付指定が可能です。
ご注文の際にお書き添え下さい。
※お届け先によってはご指定出来ない場合が御座います。

Q3　１度の注文で２箇所に届けてもらうことはできますか？
