・ご注文確定後のキャンセル、ご注文内容の変更、返品は行えません。

※一時的な商品確保のためのご注文も、お受けできません。
　《例》「本当はピンクが欲しいのですが、ブルーを注文します。
　　　 　もしキャンセルが出た場合は、ピンクに変更してください。」

・通常販売商品が完売の後に再販となった際(通常販売・受注販売含む)
　初回注文からのサイズ変更等はお受けできませんのでご注意ください。

・受注生産となりますので、お代金はご注文時にお支払い下さい。

・お支払い方法は、クレジットカード決済、銀行振込となります。
※代金引換、佐川e-コレクトはご利用頂けません。

・数量限定ならびに受注生産品となりますので、
　お申し込み後のキャンセル(返品・交換含む)は

・[ご注文] → [ご入金確認] → [生産] → [入荷次第発送]

・受注可能な場合には注文を確定 → ご注文確認メールをお送り致します。

・お支払いは先払いでお願い致します。

・お支払いの確認ができましたら生産に入ります。

・商品詳細欄に記載の納期はあくまでも目安となっております。

・生産時期(業者休み等)によっては納期が多少遅れる場合がございます。

・お支払いは先払いでお願い致します。

・代金引換でのご注文はお受けできません。

・万が一代金引換を選択をされた場合、他の決済方法に変更をお願いします。

・クレジットカードはご注文時点での決済となります。

・銀行振込はご注文確定後７日以内にお支払い下さい。

・期日までにお支払いの確認ができない場合には自動的にキャンセルとなります。

We produce the item after we received an order.

・Please make the payment in advance.
・We accept credit card and PayPal.
・Bank transfer is acceptable when the customer
has a bank account in Japan.


Since we do not put the items on sale at the shop
after we closed the list of order, cancels and returns
are not acceptable.


How to order and receive the item
【order】 → 【confirmation of payment】 → 【production of the item】 → 【shipment】

After we received your order, we will return a confirmation of order
via email with the total including shipping and insurance.
If you choose to pay by credit card, please check the total and
return a confirmation to us. Only after we received the confirmation from you,
your credit card will be authorized.
Please note that there may be some delay in the schedule of the production
and shipping of the item.
Due for payment

Please make the payment within seven days
after the date of the order confirmation email.
If we do not receive the payment by the due date
the order will be cancelled.

Please understand that this date can be changed
due to an unexpected delay in the production.

We accept PayPal and credit card.

We are sorry but we do not accept requests to cacel or change
the size or color once your order has been confirmed.

International shipping

The products are shipped overseas by EMS.
You cannot designate the date or time of delivery
