Q-01 】商品は何日ぐらいで届くのですか?
How long does it take before I receive my order?

    The merchandise is normally delivered within 3 business days (not including Sat and Sun.) of your order placement.
Q-02 】注文した商品を「日付指定配送」にしたいのですが?
Can I nominate the delivery date?

    Yes. You can choose the day and time for delivery from among the following and write it on your order form.

    -12:00 to 14:00
    -14:00 to 16:00
    -16:00 to 18:00
    -18:00 to 21:00

    Please note that there are some areas where we cannot offer this service.
Q-03 】一度の注文で二箇所に届けてもらうことはできますか?
Can I order more than 2 items and have them delivered to two different addresses?

    Yes. You can choose the day and time for delivery from among the following and write it on your order form.
    -morning / -12:00 to 14:00 / -14:00 to 16:00 / -16:00 to 18:00 / -18:00 to 21:00
    Please note that there are some areas where we cannot offer this service.
Q-04 】商品をギフトとして贈りたいのですが、 贈り先に値段を分からないようにできますか?

    Please write on your order form the shipping address and the phone number. We also do gift wrappings.
    Please write in the comments field of the order form if you require this service.
Q-05 】支払いの際、現金とカードの併用はできますか?

    Sorry but you can only choose one payment method per purchase.

What is the due date for payment by bank transfer?

    Within 7 days of your order.
    In the case where your payment is likely to be delayed, please let us know by phone or email.
Q-07 】入金確認の連絡はもらえますか?
Will you let me know once you have received my payment?

    Yes. As soon as we confirm your payment, we will let you know by email.
Q-08 】クレジットカードの承認がおりないと連絡がありましたが…
I received a notice that my credit card cannot be authorized.

    ・ 有効期限の「年/月」が逆になっている。
    ・ 有効期限が経過している、または迫っている。
    ・ 名義人のつづりが異なっている。
    ・ 名義人とご注文されたお客様のお名前が異なっている。
    ・ ご利用限度額をオーバーしてしまう。

    If we are not able to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists. There might be a case we contact you to ask you to confirm payment information or to change the paying method, however, please never disclose your credit card information to us by phone, fax or email.

Do I receive my credit card statement from you?

    No. We do not send our customers credit card statements in order to maintain the privacy of personal information. Please keep our confirmation email as a record of your order until you receive the statement from your credit company.
Q-10 】個人情報は漏れませんか?
Is my personal information secure?

    We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. We maintain the personal information we collect from you under the strictest controls.
Q-11 】銀行振込を選択して振込み予定日を過ぎてしまったが、まだ注文は残っていますか?
I placed my order but I forgot to transfer the payment into your bank account. Is my order still being processed?

    銀行振り込みによるお支払いは、 ご注文後7日以内(土日祝を除く7営業日)にお願いいたします。
    When paying by bank transfer, be sure to make your payment within 7 business days (holidays not included). Contact us by email if your payment is overdue, and we will re-instate your order. However,if we do not hear from you, your order will be cancelled.

Q-13 】品切れしている商品の予約をしたいのですが。
Can I reserve items on back order?

    Sorry, but we do not take any orders or reservations for items that are out of stock.
Q-14 】「在庫あり」の確認をして注文したのに、「売り切れ」の案内が来るのはなぜですか?
I received a"sold out" notice on my order which I'm sure was in stock when I placed my order.

    We are sorry, but it occasionally happens that the remaining stock is sold while your order is placed.
    We try to keep our stock information as up to date as possible but we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Do the retail stores that carry Juliette et Justine products have the same items at the same price as you do at your main store?
