According to the EMS International Mail Availability Chart (Latest Updated), delivery to customers in France, Germany, Canada, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Iceland, Austria, UK, and Australia has been suspended.

To our customers in China, a lockdown has been continuing in Shanghai since the end of March, and cargo is being held up in bonded areas at the local airport.

Please note that it is expected that delivery delays will continue until the situation improves.
