Please note that exchanes abd returns can not be accepted in the following cases.

  • Pre-purchased items
  • Exchanges and returns requests which are sent more than 8 days after the delivery.
  • Used, made alterations, washed, or cleaned items
  • Items without tags or any accessories
  • Items which get smell, dirt, or damage after the delivery.
