• Free standard shipping within Japan only when you spend 20,000 JPY (without tax) or more in one transaction.
• 700 JPY (tax included) for standard shipping within Japan.

• If you refused to receive the percel for certain period, it could be automatically returned to us. In that case, please pay 1,400 JPY for the re-sending fee.

• -International orders may be charged import taxes and duties by the destination country Customs. Please understand that we must declare all the items at their full price by law.

-Please note that when the packages return to us for customer’s personal preference, we may charge the shipping fee for reshipment of the package.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive defective items or wrong items, please contact us from "Contact us" page as soon as possible.
All return and exchange requests must be sent within 7 days after the delivery.
We will consider your issue and get back to you by email.

Please note that exchanes abd returns can not be accepted in the following cases.

• Pre-purchased items
• Exchanges and returns requests which are sent more than 8 days after the delivery.
• Used, made alterations, washed, or cleaned items
• Items without tags or any accessories
• Items which get smell, dirt, or damage after the delivery.
