The delivery date listed in the product details column is only an estimate.
The delivery time may be slightly delayed depending on the production period (vendor vacations, etc.).
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. (The date of delivery will vary depending on the postal service.) Products made to order will be shipped after we inform you by e-mail when they are ready.

Please note the following when placing multiple orders.

Less than ¥50,000 → Shipping fees apply as below

[Domestic Shipping (Sagawa Express)]

Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: ¥800

Hokkaido: ¥1,320

Okinawa: ¥2,600

We will deliver your order as quickly as possible from the available shipping date. (You can specify a time slot.)

* If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a "Missed Delivery Notice" will be left.
Please contact the delivery company listed on the notice (Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport) to arrange redelivery.
If you are unable to receive the package due to refusal, extended absence, or address issues, your order may be canceled.
* If the parcel is not collected within the delivery company's designated holding period, return shipping and reshipping fees (total ¥1,400) will be charged to the customer.
* Shipping fees will also apply for repair-only orders; thank you for your understanding.
* We regret that convenience stores cannot currently be used as delivery addresses. If you wish to use a convenience store, please contact the shipping company directly.

[Regarding Shipping to China]

For shipments to China, items will first be sent from our Japan headquarters to a domestic warehouse of a Chinese shipping agent, and then forwarded to the customer. (Delivery may take more than 10 business days from shipment.)

Delivery of Altered Items

The shipping cost for items requiring alterations, such as size adjustments, will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

Changing the Delivery Address

If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us through the inquiry form with your order number and the new address.
Address changes can be accepted up to 15 days before the scheduled shipping date. After that, we are unable to accept changes due to the risk of delivery errors.
